Catarina Quina Ribeiro
Graduate from Instituto Superior de Ciências da Saúde-Sul in Nutrition and Food Engineering, with over 21 years of experience as a consultant, auditor and trainer in Food Safety and Quality.
An auditor for GFSI-recognised standards — BRC, IFS, GlobalG.A.P. — and for private standards of major retail chains, with certified training in HACCP, Food Defense and Food Fraud.
